THREE LEVELS OF HEALTHs

What is health and when do you know you have it? Here is one way to think about this question.

There are three levels of health. Lets start on the lowest level:

3rd:TO BE PAIN AND DISEASE FREE is addressing symptoms only. This is the level of physical medicine which includes pharmacology and surgery. To treat only the physical condition treats only symptoms and not the causes and not one's lifestyle or healthstyle choices.

2nd: RADIANT HEALTH. You have already acheived good health and now you want to protect your health. So now you will give daily attention to counterbalancing inherited conditions and haulting personal bad habits. You put your health first and maintain a lifelong health education in order to master reading signs and subtle energy. You intend to reverse signs and symptions dn address their causes. This level is one of addressing your health before it become intrenched. The Chinese refer to this level as "health beyond danger."

1st: REGAL HEALTH, the hightest, superior level is living joyfully. When you achieve this level your daily life is effortless. You live as carefree as a new born child. You have no worries, no pain, no anxiety. There is no past, no future, no time for you. Your daily moments have infinite beauty and possibilities. When you have reached this level you are centered, balanced and free.

All of these levels of health are humanily achievable. So which one are you on at this point in your life? After reading these choices which one would you choose to be on today?

"Once you are centered then you are free. But your must have forgotten that you have forgotten that your are centered. Only then are you free."
